Alternative Systems announces the release of V.2 of their Client Infonet.
Alternative Systems has released Version 2 of their Client Infonet. The Client Infonet allows Alternative Systems clients and consultants to track new feature requests, technical support issues, change requests, general questions and more.
Ron Barth, President of Alternative Systems, spearheaded the effort behind the new Client Infonet. βIt is very exciting that the updated version of the application is now in place. The Client Infonet lays the foundation for a centralized technical information database for all our consultants β which means quicker solutions and better customer service for our clients.β
Mr. Barth also said that plans for Version 3 of the Client Infonet were already underway and were scheduled for release in the later part of 1st quarter 2009.
