The Challenge
When the marketing department of the Grand Rapids Symphony decided that they were doing too much data entry by hand they called Alternative Systems. They needed a way to quickly and easily import marketing data while associating new marketing contacts with events, promotions or advertising.

Alternative Systems worked with both management and those responsible for data entry to get the most accurate picture of just how the marketing department worked with the data. After creating a detailed design specification and prototyping the application, Alternative Systems created a powerful, easy to use import system that was integrated easily into their existing database. Now processing their source data takes minutes instead of hours or days.
