The Challenge
At the time Alternative Systems was engaged by Fleet National Bank Corporate Trust Department, no comprehensive Corporate Trust and Stock Transfer Billing and Accounts Receivable Application existed anywhere. This very unique application was being run by a combination of spreadsheets and word processing, which proved inefficient and error prone.
The Alternative Systems Solution
Alternative Systems designed and implemented a full function general ledger, billing, and accounts receivable system for the Corporate Trust and Stock Transfer departments. This system automated and integrated the billing and accounting activities of the department, thus allowing the department to run more efficiently while providing much improved customer service.
