The Challenge
 Abrams Saccone Associates, a cutting edge professional services firm of management psychologists, was looking for a web-based psychological testing application that would be easy for their clients to use, improve their workflow and reduce their dependence on printed tests. They were also looking for a way to easily integrate testing applications on other sites into their own web application.
The Alternative Systems Solution
Using the look and feel of the current Abrams Saccone Associates brochure site, Alternative Systems created the application in two portions. The first portion of the site allows clients to read instructions, take tests, and follow links to external testing sites. The second portion allows Abrams Saccone consultants to assign tests, review results and establish links to external testing services. Alternative Systems maintained the focus on system usability and improved workflow.
Version 2 - Leadership Development Worldwide, LLP
In 2005 Abrams Saccone Associates, LLP became Leadership Development Worldwide, LLP. During that year they also commissioned version 2 of their online testing application. This was a complete system overhaul providing Leadership Development Worldwide with multi-lingual, multi-company capabilities, branded affiliate sites, internal corporate sites, and greater data flexibility. The application currently provides psychological assessments in English, French, German, Chinese, and Spanish. The application was developed in Alternative Systems new Custom Complete framework and software architecture.
